The Original Farm-to-Fork Experience

In 1996, we did something no one else was doing: We started Virginia’s first Certified Humane® and Organic farm, dedicated to raising heritage-breed animals using sustainable, regenerative practices. Five years later, we opened Hunter’s Head Tavern just three miles away with the goal of offering the finest ingredients directly from our fields.
