His journey here began behind the bar, where he quickly showcased his dedication, leadership skills, and understanding of the industry. Prior to his role at Hunter’s Head Tavern, James honed his craft at various restaurants along the East Coast.

Michelle Dupwe is the heart of Hunter’s Head Tavern, embodying warmth, hospitality, and a dedication to excellence. With a tenure spanning two decades, Michelle has an unwavering commitment to creating memorable dining experiences. Her deep-rooted connection to the tavern and its patrons, coupled with her wealth of experience in front-of-house operations, make Michelle an indispensable member of the Hunter’s Head team.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS FOR AYRSHIRE FARM

Sheree McDowell currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for Ayrshire Farm, which owns Hunter’s Head Tavern. In this role, Sheree oversees the day-to-day operations of the tavern as well as menu development. With a career spanning 15 years in the company beginning as an Executive Pastry Chef, she has played a critical role in shaping the culinary identity of Hunter’s Head.
