Sustainable Every Way, Every Day
As a farm-owned restaurant, sustainability is baked into every aspect of our business, from our building to our daily operations. We source our ingredients thoughtfully and responsibly, we opt for energy-efficient HVAC and lighting systems, we say no to plastic straws and Styrofoam, and we divert 90% of our waste from landfills through composting and recycling. By using organic, local, and humanely raised meats and ingredients wherever possible, we hope to steer the industry toward practices that are better for animals, farmers, and the Earth.
Simple Acts. Big Impacts.

Our Energy Star dishwasher, fryer and air conditioner are 30-40% more efficient than conventional models.

We use post-consumer waste packaging for carry-out meals, and our straws, menus, and bath tissue are made from recycled materials.

Our facility is Styrofoam-free, which keeps harmful chemicals and litter out of the environment.
-
We use LED lightbulbs, which use 90% less energy, and emit fewer greenhouse gases than incandescent bulbs.
